Beware of Sandbag Copycat!

Recently I found that guy name Tony Babarino copied Brute Force Sandbags model and added few handles to his "own" sandbag and called it his design. This guy was formerly distributor of Brute Force Sandbags and after a while he stole Brute Force´s design and started to sell his copy-bags.

I suggest everyone to avoid this MOFO copycat! If you want the real thing, choose Brute Force Sandbag, you will get the best sandbag on the planet plus greatest customer service you can find!

New E-Book coming up!

Just for a note, I have spend last few months (slowly) writing a new e-book. E-book will be called All-Round Functional Training. like this blog. That book will have 36 week all-around functional training program, plus several different shorter training programs for strongman training, kettlebells etc. I will be using sandbags, strongman equipment, kettlebells, powerlifting exercises, suspension training etc, so lots of great info and workouts are coming up! Plus there will be about 100 pictures showing the correct technique.

Before launching the book, I will post some workouts from it to this blog for you to try. So, hold on!


Inspiration from strongman

Sometimes it is hard to find a motivation for training. Especially if you´re training at your home, like me. There are days, when you will need some inspirational music or videos to help you to start your workout. I have watched this video from strongman Mark Felix about 60 times and it works. This video proves that you don´t need high-tech equipment for being strong or fit. The attitube is the most important thing, and this man has great attitube, check it out:
